Quality Policy

JAMONES Y EMBUTIDOS MALLO S.L. dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of hams, shoulders and sausages, is committed to intensify efforts and establish procedures to:

• Guarantee the rational use of natural resources.
• Prevent the production of waste and discharges and, when this is not possible, seek their reduction, reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery, contributing to reduce the environmental impact of the activities developed and, therefore, to avoid the deterioration of the environment that we share.
• Identify the needs of the client, as well as the specifications and established requirements.
• Guarantee mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors, requiring in the near future a commitment on the part of them in environmental management; Incorporation of new techniques for processing, manufacturing and drying that improve the productive aspects and environmental management; Comply with all environmental requirements, both legal and regulatory and any other commitment.
• Guarantee a process of Continuous Improvement of the Efficiency of the System and of Prevention of the contamination in our activities, through the establishment and revision of objectives and goals. In order to achieve these objectives, the necessary human and material resources are allocated.

The implementation of this policy is one of the objectives of the Directorate and is the responsibility of each and every one of us.
