HAMS AND SAUSAGES MALLO. S.L. is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of hams, shoulders and sausages, is committed to strengthening efforts and establish procedures for:
• To ensure rational use of natural resources.
• Prevent waste production and dumping, and when this is not possible, seek their reduction, reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the activities and, therefore, to avoid deterioration of the shared environment.
• Identify customer needs and specifications and requirements.
• Ensure mutually beneficial relations with our suppliers and subcontractors in the near future requiring a commitment on the part of them in environmental management; Incorporation of new techniques for processing, manufacturing and drying and improve the productive aspects of environmental management; Comply with all environmental requirements, both legal and regulatory and other commitments entered into.
• Ensure a continuous improvement process of the effectiveness of the system prevention of pollution in our activities, by establishing and reviewing objectives and targets. To achieve these objectives are assigned human resources and materials.

The implementation of this policy is one of the objectives of the Directorate and is the responsibility of each and every one of us.
