Mallo. S.L. is a family business established by Pedro Mallo Ramos 30 years ago. Today become a Limited Society, " Jamones y Embutidos Mallo. S.L. " , which continues to enable the brand MALLO to reach all of you.
We start with the facilities in the town of Pedroso de Acim , however, because of necessary approval required by the EEC, facilities were moved to San Jose Obrero Industrial Estate Cañaveral, Cáceres, Spain, while expanded and modernized.
We are dedicated to the production of sausages and hams, both white pig and Iberian pork, and, currently, curing hams and shoulders with Certification "Dehesa de Extremadura".
